Orders

Orders placed on www.pismart.se are intended solely for personal use and not for resale. Before completing your purchase, you will be presented with a summary of your order. Please carefully review this summary to ensure it meets your expectations before accepting the terms and conditions. Veni Pattern Design reserves the right to adjust product availability and cannot be held responsible for items that are out of stock. While every effort is made to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately reflect the actual items, please be aware that physical products may differ slightly from the digital representations shown on the website. Veni Pattern Design reserves the right to cancel any order if there is a suspicion of violation of these Terms & Conditions or if the customer is found to be causing damage to the brand or the company.

Payment & Pricing​

The prices displayed on our website include taxes for customers in the European Union and Norway. For orders from other countries, import duties and taxes may apply, with rates varying by location. Unfortunately for the time being, only orders within the EEA will be possible to carry through. As you will be responsible for these additional charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be added during checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the total value of your order. For orders over 500 skr the shipping will be carried out for free.

Veni Pattern Design reserves the right to change the price of any items on the website at any time. We securely accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, using SSL encryption and advanced security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
 

Shipping​

The delivery times provided on our website are estimates, and while we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond Veni Pattern Design's control, for which we cannot be held responsible. The estimated delivery times are as follows: Within Sweden 1-3 business days, and outside of Sweden 3-8 days.
 

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us at venipatterndesign@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. In the event that you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your original order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the delivery. We will arrange a free return for you. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.

 

Returns

Granted that the original package sealing is not broken, you can return items purchased from www.pismart.se for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products these conditions are met. Since it is a hygiene product it is not allowed to test and return it later. If a return does not meet these conditions, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
 

Veni Pattern Design is not responsible for any products lost during the return shipping process. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method. Please allow 3-8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact venipatterndesign@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, and we will arrange a free return and exchange for you.
 

Unclaimed Packages
For any unclaimed packages, you will be charged for all associated delivery and return shipping fees, including any applicable taxes and duties.
 

Repeated Returns
We monitor return activity and reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly return items or who are found to be in breach of our terms and conditions.
