Delivery and Returns

We will try to deliver the order as fast as possible. Normally the delivery time will take 3-8 working days after receiving the payment and dependent on the location of the order. Please note that we for time being are unable to ship outside of the EU/EEA. The cost for delivery is not included in the price, thus a small shipping fee will be added to your cart. If your order value is over €40, delivery will be free.

Note, the Pi Smart will come folded in an environment friendly plastic bag. Instructions for washing will be written on the bag, keep that in mind.

If you of some reason are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days from the day of receiving the order. The product must be in its original packaging. Since it is a hygiene product it is not allowed to test and return it later. If you want to change to another color, you return the product in its original package to the address below and you will get a new one in exchange.
